Unresponsive - needs page refresh to reset

Using gmail in preview mode. When I click on a recent conversation, gmail goes to it. Then the FCRM pane becomes unresponsive. Need to refresh the page to bring it back to life.

Thanks Chris, this was a problem associated with Preview mode, which has since been fixed!
