We should also be able to create links between peoples using the CC of the email and being able to do diagrams of them. It could give us a visual representation of who is actually in charge.

This is awesome Cody. If you guys build that feature you will help me uninstall the Full Contact extension which I only use for that. Also, it might be a good selling point because this feature was what sold me on SalesFlare.
