Since we sync with your Google Contacts the easiest way to do this in the short term is probably using Google directly:
https://contacts.google.com > More -> Export
Google has a few different export options. 
We should of course absolutely provide you with a way to export your data from FollowUp as well!

Florian Hines: To add to this, I'd love to see if you can also export all contact information and all interactions and associated with the contact. Recently I tried to export from Contactually and I could export contact info, but all interactions (notes from calls, etc.) couldn't be exported.
