Any progress on this?

Mostly agree w/ everything Clay said. If you've ever used "Drafts" on iOS that's kind of what I'm thinking. Default to opening to a new item ready for capture. You could then either jot something down and save or action it. Option in the nav could take you to all your contacts, filter down to just contacts with notes, or show upcoming reminders. One addition I'd request is the ability to take a note and tag/categorize/assign it later.

I was thinking about this today.
All I need a mobile app to do centers around viewing and editing reminders, events, and associated notes.
I'd like to be able to everything in the same sort of organization as the home and thread views in Chrome. I know I can see things in the Google Calendar app but I have at least three other calendars active at the same time so that's not the ideal place to view them - and it's only a partial view of the content in FollowUp
I'd also like the ability to create new reminders, events, and notes in the app.
I don't need any sort of deep interaction or side-by-side view w/GMail or anything like that. All I
NEED
is a simple and lightweight way to jot down FollowUp reminders while I am away from my computer ... and have new items added from the mobile app surface to the top the next time I am in front of the desktop app.
